The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta Sin Mim 1 These are revelations of the Scripture that maketh plain. 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from the sky so that their leaders would remain bowed before it. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 So they have surely belied; wherefore anon there shall come unto them the truth of that whereat they were wont to mock. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely in this there is a sign, yet most of them would not believe: 8 Verily Your Lord is Infinitely Mighty, Most Compassionate. 9
