The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 These are the Verses of the manifest Book [this Quran, which was promised by Allah in the Taurat (Torah) and the Injeel (Gospel), makes things clear]. 2 Belike thou shalt kill thyself with grief because they become not believers. 3 If We will, We can send down on them a sign from heaven before which their necks will remain humbled. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 they have indeed rejected the message. But the truth of what they laughed to scorn will dawn upon them before long. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Verily therein is a sign; yet most of them are not believers. 8 And verily, thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 9
