The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ Ta. Sin. Mim. 1 THESE ARE MESSAGES of the divine writ, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth! 2 It may be that you (O Muhammad SAW) are going to kill yourself with grief, that they do not become believers [in your Risalah (Messengership) and in your Message of Islamic Monotheism]. 3 If We will, We can send down a Sign to them from heaven, so their necks will be humbled to it. 4 And never does a new advice come to them from the Most Gracious, but they turn away from it. 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Have they not seen the earth, how much of every fruitful kind We make to grow therein? 7 Verily there are signs in this; yet many of them do not believe. 8 And lo! thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 9
