۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 So Firaun sent gatherers into the cities. 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 And lo! they are offenders against us. 55 and we are a host on our guard.' 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We advanced thereto the pursuers. 64 And We saved Musa and those with him, all of them. 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 Indeed your Lord is mighty and merciful. 68
