۞ And We inspired Moses, saying: Take away My slaves by night, for ye will be pursued. 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 'Behold, these are a small troop, 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 “And indeed we are an alert army.” 56 So We expelled them from gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 even so, and We bequeathed them upon the Children of Israel. 59 At sunrise they set off in pursuit of them 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 [Musa (Moses)] said: "Nay, verily! With me is my Lord, He will guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought the others to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and all who were with him; 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 And verily thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
