۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 who have certainly provoked our wrath. 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 So We made them leave the gardens and springs of water, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 He said: Nay, verily! for lo! my Lord is with me. He will guide me. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We saved Moses and all who were with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
