۞ Then We revealed Our will to Moses, saying, "Set forth with My servants, in the night, for you will surely be pursued." 52 The Pharaoh sent word to all the cities saying, 53 Verily these are but a band small. 54 And indeed, they are enraging us, 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 And treasures and goodly dwellings, 58 Thus it was: but [in the course of time] We were to bestow all these [things] as a heritage on the children of Israel. 59 And they overtook them at sunrise. 60 and when the two groups saw each other, Moses' companions said, "We are sure to be overtaken." 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 then, We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
