۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 (Saying): "Verily! These indeed are but a small band. 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 "But we are a multitude amply fore-warned." 56 and so we have [rightly] driven them out of [their] gardens and springs, 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 and We made the Children of Israel inheritors of these bounties. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 So when the two hosts saw each other, the companions of Musa cried out: Most surely we are being overtaken. 61 He replied: Nay indeed! My Sustainer is with me, [and] He will guide me!" 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And there We brought the others on, 64 And We delivered Musa and those with him together. 65 and then We caused the others to drown. 66 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 67 truly, your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 68
