۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 Then Fir'aun (Pharaoh) sent callers to (all) the cities. 53 saying: "These (Israelites) are only a small band of people 54 "And verily, they have done what has enraged us; 55 seeing that we are, verily, a nation united, fully prepared against danger 56 As such We expelled them from their gardens and their fountains, 57 And treasures and honorable station - 58 Thus. And We caused to inherit it the Children of Israel. 59 And so [the Egyptians] caught up with them at sunrise; 60 And when the two companies saw one another, the companions of Moses said, "Indeed, we are to be overtaken!" 61 Moses replied: "By no means. My Lord is with me. He will show me the way." 62 Then We revealed to Moses, (commanding him): "Strike the sea with your rod." Thereupon the sea split up, and then each became like the mass of a huge mount. 63 And We brought near thither the others. 64 We saved Moses and all the people with him 65 Then We drowned the others. 66 Indeed in this is surely a sign, and most of them were not Muslims. 67 And lo, thy Lord! He is indeed the Mighty, the Merciful. 68
