۞ And We revealed unto Musa saying: go by night with My bondmen verily ye shall be pursued. 52 So Firon sent heralds into the cities; 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 But we are a numerous host, ever on guard." 56 We deprived them (the unbelievers) of gardens, springs, 57 And treasures and a fair estate. 58 Thus [We turned them (Pharaoh's people) out] and We caused the Children of Israel to inherit them. 59 But they pursued them at sunrise. 60 and, when the two hosts sighted each other, the companions of Moses said, 'We are overtaken!' 61 He said: By no means; surely my Lord is with me: He will show me a way out. 62 We sent a revelation to Moses saying, "Strike the sea with your staff." The sea was rent asunder and each side stood high up like a huge mountain. 63 And We made the other party approach thither. 64 and We delivered Moses and his companions, all of them, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe: 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
