3/4 Hizb 37

۞ Also, We revealed to Moses, saying: 'Go with My worshipers by night, for you will be followed' 52 And Pharaoh sent forth heralds to all the cities. 53 'These' they said, 'are a small band, 54 but they are indeed filled with hatred of us 55 And indeed, we are a cautious society... " 56 Thus did We drive them out of their gardens and springs 57 and their treasures and excellent dwellings. 58 Thus it was, but We made the Children of Israel inheritors of such things. 59 At sunrise, they followed them. 60 And when the two hosts came in view of each other, Moses' companions said: 'We have been reached' 61 Moses replied, "No, My Lord is with me, and He will guide me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 Then We brought near the others [Fir'aun's (Pharaoh) party] to that place. 64 And We saved Moosa and all those with him. 65 But We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 Your Lord is certainly Majestic and All-merciful. 68

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
