3/4 Hizb 37
< random >
۞ We said to Moses: "Travel by night with My creatures. You will surely be pursued." 52 And Pharaoh sent heralds unto all cities, 53 [bidding them to call out his troops and to proclaim:] "Behold, these [children of Israel] are but a contemptible band; 54 who have enraged us greatly. 55 "But we are host all assembled, amply forewarned." 56 So We removed them from gardens and springs 57 treasures, and graceful dwellings. 58 Even so. And We caused the Children of Isra'il to inherit them. 59 So the Firaun’s people followed them at sunrise. 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 Moses said: "Certainly not. My Lord is with me; He will direct me." 62 So We sent the divine revelation to Moosa that, “Strike the sea with your staff”; thereupon the sea parted; so each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We caused the pursuers to draw near unto that place: 64 And We saved Moses and those with him, all together. 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Verily there is a sign in this, but most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68

ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
