Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Nuh rejected the apostles. 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 I ask of you no wage for this; my wage falls only upon the Lord of all Being; 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe in you when no one has followed you except the lowest ones". 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 Judge among us and save me and the believers with me". 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And thy Lord! He is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
