The nation of Noah, belied their Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh said to them: Will you not guard (against evil)? 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 Therefore guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me 108 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said, "And what is my knowledge of what they used to do? 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 "I am sent only to warn plainly in public." 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 And drowned the rest of them. 120 Verily, in this is indeed a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 And most surely your Lord is the Mighty, the Merciful. 122
