Hizb 38
< random >
The people of Noah [too] gave the lie to [one of God's] message-bearers 105 When their brother Noah said to them: "Will you not take heed? 106 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 I ask no recompense of you for it. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 109 So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: Shall we put faith in thee, when the lowest (of the people) follow thee? 111 He said: "And what do I know as to what they do? 112 It is only for my Lord to take account of them. Would that you made use of your understanding! 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am only a clear warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 So We delivered him, and those with him, in the laden ship, 119 and drowned the others. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
