Noah's folk denied the messengers (of Allah), 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 "I am a trustworthy Messenger to you. 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 And I ask of you no hire therefor; my hire is but with the Lord of the worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 "I am not one to drive away those who believe. 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said, 'If thou givest not over, Noah, thou shalt assuredly be one of the stoned.' 116 He said: "My Lord! My people have branded me a liar. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We delivered him and those with him, in the Ark filled (with all creatures). 119 and drowned the rest. 120 Verily there is a sign in this, yet many of them do not believe. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
