And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 Recall when their brother Noah said to them: "Do you have no fear? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 so fear Allah and obey me. 108 "And no reward whatever do I ask of you for it: my reward rests with none but the Sustainer of all the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 'I am naught but a plain warner.' 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 He said: "My Lord! Verily, my people have belied me. 117 hence, lay Thou wide open the truth between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me!" 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 121 surely your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 122
