The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 span class="col">Their brother Noah asked them, "Why do you not fear God? 106 Behold, I am an apostle [sent by Him] to you, [and therefore] worthy of your trust: 107 so serve you God, and obey you me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 So fear Allah and obey me." 110 ۞ They replied, "Are we to believe in you when your followers are but the lowest of the low?" 111 He said, 'What knowledge have I of that they have been doing? 112 Their account is only upon my Lord, if you [could] perceive. 113 I will not drive away the believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We delivered him and those with him in the loaded ark, 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 121 Your Lord is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
