The people of Noah denied the messengers 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you; 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 And I do not ask you for it any payment. My payment is only from the Lord of the worlds. 109 Hence, remain conscious of God, and pay heed unto me!" 110 ۞ They said: Shall we believe in you while the meanest follow you? 111 Said he: "And what knowledge could I have as to what they were doing [before they came to me]? 112 Their account falls only upon My Lord, if you were but aware. 113 "And I am not going to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a plain admonisher." 115 They said, "If you do not desist, O Noah, you will surely be of those who are stoned." 116 He said: "O my Lord! truly my people have rejected me. 117 so give true deliverance between me and them, and deliver me and the believers that are with me. 118 We saved him and those who were with him in the laden ship, 119 Then after it, We drowned the rest. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
