The people of Noah rejected the messengers. 105 Behold, their brother Noah said to them: "Will ye not fear (Allah)? 106 I am a trustworthy messenger for you: 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 I ask no payment from you for my preaching. The Lord of the Universe will give me my reward. 109 So fear Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said: "Shall we believe in you, when the meanest (of the people) follow you?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they may have been doing (in the past)? 112 “Indeed their account is only upon my Lord, if you perceive.” 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am only a clear warner' 115 They said: "If thou desist not, O Noah! thou shalt be stoned (to death)." 116 Noah said, "My Lord, my people have rejected me, 117 Therefore judge You between me and them, and save me and those of the believers who are with me." 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned thereafter the remaining ones. 120 Verily in this is a Sign: but most of them do not believe. 121 And indeed, your Lord - He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful. 122
