And Nuh's people belied the sent ones. 105 span class="col">Their brother Noah asked them, "Why do you not fear God? 106 Indeed, I am to you a trustworthy messenger. 107 fear God, and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 “Therefore fear Allah, and obey me.” 110 ۞ They said: shall We believe in thee when the meanest follow thee? 111 He said: 'I have no knowledge of what they have done. 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 I am certainly not one to drive away the believers. 114 I am only a Prophet. 115 'Noah' they replied, 'if you do not desist you shall be of those stoned' 116 He said: 'My Lord, my nation have belied me. 117 Therefor judge Thou between us, a (conclusive) judgment, and save me and those believers who are with me. 118 And We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 and drowned the rest. 120 There is certainly a sign in that; but most of them do not believe: 121 And indeed your Lord, only He is the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 122
