The tribe of Thamud rejected the Messengers. 141 When their fellowman Saleh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 142 Surely I am a faithful apostle to you 143 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 144 And I ask of you no wage therefor; my wage is the concern only of the Lord of the Worlds. 145 (Do you think) you will be left secure here 146 In gardens and springs. 147 sown fields and palmtrees, with slender spathes. 148 and that you will [always be able to] hew dwellings out of the mountains with [the same] great skill?" 149 So fear Allah and obey me. 150 And obey not the command of the prodigal, 151 “Those who spread turmoil in the earth, and do no reform.” 152 They said, "You are only bewitched and insane. 153 Thou art but a mortal like us. So bring some token if thou art of the truthful. 154 He said: yonder is a she-camel; to her a drink, and to you a drink, each on a day known. 155 And touch her not with ill lest there come on you the retribution of an awful day. 156 Then they hamstrung her; and then they became regretful. 157 and torment struck them. قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
