The people of Lot cried lies to the Envoys 160 When their brother Lot said to them, "Will you not fear Allah? 161 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 162 So fear Allah and obey me. 163 I ask no recompense of you for this. My reward is due from none but the Lord of all the worlds. 164 What! do you come to the males from among the creatures 165 And leave ye your spouses your Lord hath created for you? Aye! ye are a people trespassing. 166 They said: "If thou desist not, O Lut! thou wilt assuredly be cast out!" 167 He said, “I am disgusted with your works.” 168 "My Lord! Save me and my family from what they do." 169 Then We delivered him and all his family 170 Except an old woman (his wife) among those who remained behind. 171 Thereafter, We utterly destroyed the rest, 172 And We rained on them a rain. And dreadful is the rain of those who have been warned. 173 Surely in that is a sign, yet most of them are not believers. 174 your Lord is the Mighty One, the Merciful. 175
