The unbelievers say: "When we become dust, we and our forefathers, shall we really be brought out (from our graves)? 67 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before. This is not but legends of the former peoples." 68 “Proclaim, (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “Travel in the land and see what sort of fate befell the guilty.” 69 But grieve not over them, nor distress thyself because of their plots. 70 And [when] they ask, "When is this promise [of resurrection] to be fulfilled? [Answer this, O you who believe in it,] if you are men of truth!" 71 Say: "Perhaps some of what you wish to hasten is right behind you." 72 Indeed Your Lord is exceedingly bountiful to mankind. Yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Lo! thy Lord knoweth surely all that their bosoms hide, and all that they proclaim. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Indeed, this Qur'an relates to the Children of Israel most of that over which they disagree. 76 And indeed it is a guidance and a mercy for the Muslims. 77 Lo! thy Lord will judge between them of His wisdom, and He is the Mighty, the Wise. 78 so put your trust in God. Surely you are on the path of manifest truth. 79 Verily thou canst not make the dead hear, nor canst thou make the deaf hear the call when they flee turning their backs. 80 You cannot guide the straying blind ones. You can only make hear those who believe in Our revelations submissively. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
