And those who disbelieve say: when we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we, for sooth, be brought forth? 67 We were promised this, forsooth, we and our fathers. (All) this is naught but fables of the men of old. 68 Say: 'Journey in the land and see what was the end of the sinners' 69 Do not grieve over them, nor feel distressed at their schemes. 70 And they say: When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if ye are truthful? 71 Say: Maybe there may have drawn near to you somewhat of that which you seek to hasten on. 72 And verily thine Lord is full of grace for mankind, but most of them give not thanks. 73 And verily thine Lord knoweth whatsoever their breasts conceal and whatsoever they make known. 74 Nor is there aught of the unseen, in heaven or earth, but is (recorded) in a clear record. 75 Verily this Qur'an doth explain to the Children of Israel most of the matters in which they disagree. 76 And indeed, it is guidance and mercy for the believers. 77 And verily thine Lord shall decide between them with His judgment, and He is the Mighty, the Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 Indeed the dead* do not listen to your call nor do the deaf* listen to your call, when they flee turning back. (The dead and deaf implies the disbelievers.) 80 And you will not guide the blind out of their error; and none listen to you except those who accept faith in Our signs, and they are Muslims. 81 ۞ Now, [as for the deaf and blind of heart -] when the word [of truth] stands revealed against them, We shall bring forth unto them out of the earth a creature, which will tell them that mankind had no real faith in Our messages. 82
