The unbelievers say: "When we become dust, we and our forefathers, shall we really be brought out (from our graves)? 67 It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends." 68 Say, [O Muhammad], "Travel through the land and observe how was the end of the criminals." 69 Do not be sorry for them, nor be distressed for what they devise. 70 And they say: When (will) this promise (be fulfilled), if ye are truthful? 71 Say thou: belike close behind you may be some of that which ye would hasten on. 72 And verily thine Lord is full of grace for mankind, but most of them give not thanks. 73 Your Lord certainly knows whatever their hearts conceal or reveal. 74 And not a thing is there hidden in heaven and earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 This Quran tells the Israelites most of the matters about which they had disputes among themselves. 76 And lo! it is a guidance and a mercy for believers. 77 Verily, [O believer,] thy Sustainer will judge between them in His wisdom - for He alone is almighty, all-knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah for you are on the manifest truth. 79 Surely you do not make the dead to hear, and you do not make the deaf to hear the call when they go back retreating. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations. 82
