And the disbelievers said, “Will we, when we and our forefathers have turned into dust, be removed again?” 67 It was promised to us and to our fathers before us. It is only ancient legends." 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 Do not sorrow for them, nor be thou straitened for what they devise. 70 And they say, “When will this promise come, if you are truthful?” 71 Say: "It may be that some of the events which ye wish to hasten on may be (close) in your pursuit!" 72 Truly, your Lord is bountiful to mankind, but most of them are not grateful. 73 And indeed, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they declare. 74 there is nothing hidden in heaven and on earth, but is recorded in a clear Book. 75 Surely this Koran relates to the Children of Israel most of that concerning which they are at variance; 76 certainly it is guidance and a blessing for the believers. 77 Surely thy Lord will decide between them by His Judgment; He is the All-mighty, the All-knowing. 78 So put thy trust in Allah: for thou art on (the path of) manifest Truth. 79 Lo! thou canst not make the dead to hear, nor canst thou make the deaf to hear the call when they have turned to flee; 80 Nor can you lead the blind when they have gone astray. You can make none hear except those who believe in Our signs and have come to peace and submission. 81 ۞ And when the word shall come to be fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth speaking unto them, that the people have not of Our signs been convinced. 82
