1/4 Hizb 39

And those who disbelieve say: when we have become dust, we and our fathers, shall we, for sooth, be brought forth? 67 "Indeed we were promised this, we and our forefathers before, Verily, these are nothing but tales of ancients." 68 Say, "Travel through the land and see how terrible was the end of the criminal ones". 69 And grieve not for them and be not distressed because of what they plan. 70 They ask, "When will this promise be fulfilled, if what you say be true?" 71 Say: "The chastisement whose hastening you have been asking for, maybe a part of it has drawn quite near to you." 72 Surely, your Lord is bountiful to the people; yet most of them do not give thanks. 73 Your Lord certainly knows whatever their hearts conceal or reveal. 74 All the secrets in heavens and earth are recorded in the illustrious Book. 75 Indeed this Qur’an narrates to the Descendants of Israel most of the matters in which they differ. 76 And verily it is a guidance and a mercy unto the believers. 77 Surely your Lord will judge between them by his judgment, and He is the Mighty, the knowing. 78 So put your trust in Allah; surely, you (O Muhammad SAW) are on manifest truth. 79 You cannot make the dead listen and the deaf are unable to hear calls. Thus, they turn back on their heels. 80 Nor canst thou lead the blind out of their error. Thou canst make none hear save these who believe in Our signs and who have submitted themselves. 81 ۞ And when the word is fulfilled concerning them, We shall bring forth a beast of the earth to speak unto them because mankind had not faith in Our revelations. 82

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
