1/4 Hizb 39
< random >
The unbelievers have said, "Shall we and our fathers be brought out of the graves after we become dust? 67 We have been promised this, and our fathers before; this is naught but the fairy-tales of the ancients.' 68 Say thou: travel in the land and behold what like hath been the end of the culprits. 69 Do not grieve over them, and do not be distressed by what they contrive. 70 And they say: when will this Promise be fufilled if ye say sooth? 71 say thou: "It may well be that something of that which [in your ignorance] you so hastily demand has already drawn close unto you." 72 Verily your Lord is gracious to men, though most men are ungrateful. 73 And verily, your Lord knows what their breasts conceal and what they reveal. 74 And naught there is hidden in the heaven or the earth but it is in a Manifest Book. 75 Verily, this Quran narrates to the Children of Israel most of that about which they differ. 76 And truly, it (this Quran) is a guide and a mercy to the believers. 77 Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. 78 Therefore rely on Allah; surely you are on the clear truth. 79 You cannot make the dead hear, nor can you make the deaf hear your call, when they turn their backs on it, 80 nor can you guide the blind out of their error. You can make only those hear you who believe in Our revelations and surrender themselves to Us. 81 ۞ When the word about them comes true We shall make a creature appear to them on earth who will tell them that people had no faith in Our revelations. 82
