And those who disbelieve say: What! when we have become dust and our fathers (too), shall we certainly be brought forth? 67 We were promised this before, and so were our fathers. It is but the fictitious story of the ancients' 68 Say, "Roam across the earth and observe what was the end of the sinful ones." 69 And grieve not over them or be in distress from what they conspire. 70 They also say: "Tell us when this threat will come to pass, if you are truthful." 71 Say, "Perhaps some of the things which you wish to experience immediately are very close to you." 72 Indeed your Lord is Most Munificent upon mankind, but most men do not give thanks. 73 Lo! thy Lord knoweth surely all that their bosoms hide, and all that they proclaim. 74 There is not a thing hidden in the heaven and earth except that it is in a Clear Book. 75 Verily this Qur'an recounteth with truth unto the Children of Isra'il much of that wherein they differ. 76 And it certainly is a Guide and a Mercy to those who believe. 77 Verily thy Lord will decide between them by His Decree: and He is Exalted in Might, All-Knowing. 78 Therefore put your trust in Allah, for you are upon a clear truth. 79 Surely you cannot make the dead hear you, nor can you make the deaf hear your call if they turn back in flight, 80 And you cannot guide the blind away from their error. You will only make hear those who believe in Our verses so they are Muslims [submitting to Allah]. 81 ۞ When the sentence will have been passed against them, We shall bring forth beastly brutes from the earth who will torment them, for men certainly do not believe Our signs. 82
