Say: "God is sufficient as witness between me and you." He knows what is in the heavens and the earth. It is those who believe in falsehood and disbelieve in God who will perish. 52 And they ask thee to hasten on the torment. And had not there been a term appointed, the torment would surely have come unto them. And surely it shall come upon them of a sudden while they perceive not. 53 They demand that you hasten on the punishment! Gehenna (Hell) will encompass the unbelievers. 54 On the Day when the torment (Hell-fire) shall cover them from above them and from underneath their feet, and it will be said: "Taste what you used to do." 55 O My slaves who believe! Certainly, spacious is My earth. Therefore worship Me (Alone)." 56 Everyone shall taste the death. Then unto Us you shall be returned. 57 And those who believe, and do righteous deeds, We shall surely lodge them in lofty chambers of paradise, underneath which rivers flow, therein dwelling forever; and excellent is the wage of those who labour, 58 who remained steadfast and put their trust in their Lord! 59 And so many a moving (living) creature there is, that carries not its own provision! Allah provides for it and for you. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower. 60 If you ask them: "Who created the heavens and the earth, and who set the sun and the moon to work?" They will answer: "God." Why then do they vacillate? 61 Allah extends provision for whom He wills of His servants and restricts for him. Indeed Allah is, of all things, Knowing. 62 If you were to ask them: “Who sent down water from the sky and therewith revived the earth after its death?” they will certainly say: “Allah.” Say: “To Allah alone be praise and thanks.” But most people do not understand. 63
