And this life of the world is but sport and play. Verily the home of the Hereafter - that is life indeed, if they but knew! 64 Now, if they embark on a boat, they call on Allah, making their devotion sincerely (and exclusively) to Him; but when He has delivered them safely to (dry) land, behold, they give a share (of their worship to others)!- 65 that they may be ungrateful for what We have given them, and take their enjoyment; they will soon know! 66 Have they not seen that We made [Makkah] a safe sanctuary, while people are being taken away all around them? Then in falsehood do they believe, and in the favor of Allah they disbelieve? 67 And who could be more wicked than he who attributes his own lying inventions to God, or gives the lie to the truth when it comes unto him [through revelation]? Is not hell the [proper] abode for all who [thus] deny the truth? 68 And those who strive hard in us, We shall surely guide them in Our paths; verily Allah is with the welldoers. 69
