۞ Allah is He Who shaped you out of weakness, then appointed after weakness strength, then, after strength, appointed weakness and grey hair. He createth what He will. He is the Knower, the Mighty. 54 On that Day when the Hour will come to pass the wicked shall swear that they had stayed (in the world) no more than an hour. Thus they used to be deceived in the life of the world. 55 But those to whom knowledge and faith are given will say: The truth is, ye have tarried, by Allah's decree, until the Day of Resurrection. This is the Day of Resurrection, but ye used not to know. 56 Their excuses will be of no avail to the sinners on that day, and they will not be allowed to beg for favour. 57 verily We have propounded for men, in this Qur'an every kind of Parable: But if thou bring to them any Sign, the Unbelievers are sure to say, "Ye do nothing but talk vanities." 58 In this way God seals the hearts of those who do not [want to] know [the truth], 59 Therefore, have patience. The promise of Allah is true. Do not let those who are uncertain make you unsteady. 60
