O Prophet, say to thy wives and daughters and the believing women, that they draw their veils close to them; so it is likelier they will be known, and not hurt. God is All-forgiving, All-compassionate. 59 ۞ Now; if the hypocrites do not give over, and those in whose hearts there is sickness and they that make commotion in the city, We shall assuredly urge thee against them and then they will be thy neighbours there only a little; 60 Accursed, they would be seized wherever found, and slain mercilessly. 61 That was the way of Allah in the case of those who passed away of old; thou wilt not find for the way of Allah aught of power to change. 62 (Muhammad), people ask you about the Day of Judgment. Say, "Only God has knowledge about it. Perhaps the Hour of Doom will soon come to pass." 63 Verily, Allah has cursed the disbelievers, and has prepared for them a flaming Fire (Hell). 64 To abide therein for a long time; they shall not find a protector or a helper. 65 The day their faces would be turned on the fire (as on a spit), they will say: "Alas! If only we had obeyed God, and obeyed the Prophet." 66 And they will say: "Our Lord! Verily, we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they misled us from the (Right) Way. 67 Our Lord! Oh, give them double torment and curse them with a mighty curse. 68
