Al-Ahzaab 8 of 9
O Prophet! Tell thy wives and thy daughters, as well as all [other] believing women, that they should draw over themselves some of their outer garments [when in public]: this will be more conducive to their being recognized [as decent women] and not annoyed. But [withal,] God is indeed much-forgiving, a dispenser of grace! 59 ۞ If the hypocrites and those who have tainted hearts and the scandal mongers of Madinah do not desist, We shall surely give you authority over them and their days in that city will be numbered. 60 Accursed, they will be seized wherever found and slain with a (fierce) slaughter. 61 The tradition of Allah prevalent among those who passed away before; and you will never find the traditions of Allah changing. 62 People ask you concerning the Hour, say: "The knowledge of it is with Allah only. What do you know? It may be that the Hour is near!" 63 Allah has cursed the unbelievers and has prepared for them a Blazing Fire; 64 wherein they will live forever without being able to find any guardian or helper. 65 On the Day whereon their faces shall be rolled in the Fire, they will say: Oh that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed the apostle! 66 And they will say: our Lord! verily we obeyed our chiefs and our great ones, and they led us astray from the way. 67 Our Lord, give them double punishment and curse them with a mighty curse." 68
