۞ Say thou: I but exhort you unto one thing: that ye stand, for Allah's sake, by twos and singly, and then ponder; in your companion there is no madness; he is naught but a warner unto you preceding a torment severe. 46 Say thou: whatsoever hire I might have asked of you is yours; my hire is with Allah only. And He is of everything a Witness. 47 Say, "My Lord speaks the Truth. He has the knowledge of the unseen". 48 Say: "The Truth has arrived, and Falsehood neither creates anything new, nor restores anything." 49 Say, "If I should err, I would only err against myself. But if I am guided, it is by what my Lord reveals to me. Indeed, He is Hearing and near." 50 If you could see when they are gripped by terror without any escape, and are seized from close at hand 51 They will say: "We believe in it." How could they reach it from a place of no return? 52 Indeed they did disbelieve (in the Oneness of Allah, Islam, the Quran and Muhammad SAW) before (in this world), and they (used to) conjecture about the unseen [i.e. the Hereafter, Hell, Paradise, Resurrection and the Promise of Allah, etc. (by saying) all that is untrue], from a far place. 53 And a barrier is set between them and that which they desire, as it was done before with their like; they were in suspicious doubt' 54
