Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya'. Sin. 1 and the Quran, the Book of wisdom, 2 you are indeed one of the messengers 3 on a straight path; 4 (The Qur’an is) Sent down by the Almighty, the Most Merciful. 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. 7 Verily! We have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up. 8 We have set a barrier before them and a barrier behind them, and, We have covered them so that they do not see. 9 thus, it is all one to them whether thou warnest them or dost not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can only warn him who follows the reminder and fears the Beneficent Allah in secret; so announce to him forgiveness and an honorable reward. 11 We shall surely bring the dead back to life and We record what they send ahead and what they leave behind. We have recorded everything in a clear book. 12
