Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 Verily thou art of the sent ones, 3 and that you follow the right path. 4 [This is] a revelation of the Exalted in Might, the Merciful, 5 That thou mayst warn a folk whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 The Word has been realised against most of them, yet they do not believe. 7 Surely We have placed chains on their necks, and these reach up to their chins, so they have their heads raised aloft. 8 We have set-up a barrier in front of and behind them and have made them blind. Thus, they cannot see. 9 It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 It is We who bring the dead to life and records the deeds of human beings and their consequences (of continual effects). We keep everything recorded in an illustrious Book. 12
