Y S (Yaa Seen)
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Ya Sin 1 I swear by the Quran full of wisdom 2 that you (Muhammad) are a Messenger 3 On a Straight Way. 4 the sending down of the All-mighty, the All-wise, 5 That you may warn a people whose fathers were not warned, so they are heedless. 6 Certainly the word has proved true of most of them, so they do not believe. 7 We have indeed put shackles around their necks reaching up to the chins, so they remain facing upwards. 8 And We have set a bar before them and a bar behind them, and (thus) have covered them so that they see not. 9 It makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe. 10 You can warn only those who would follow the Reminder and fear the Gracious God, unseen. Give them the good news of forgiveness and a noble reward. 11 We will surely bring the dead to life and We record what they send ahead and the signs they will leave behind; and We have accounted all things in a clear Book. 12
