Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
Ya, Seen. 1 By the Wise Koran, 2 Verily thou art of the sent ones, 3 upon a Straight Path. 4 by [virtue of] what is being bestowed from on high by the Almighty, the Dispenser of Grace, 5 So that you may warn these people whose ancestors were not warned, they are therefore unaware. 6 Already hath the judgment, (for their infidelity) proved true of most of them, for they believe not. 7 Lo! We have put on their necks carcans reaching unto the chins, so that they are made stiff-necked. 8 And We have made before them a barrier and a barrier behind them, then We have covered them over so that they do not see. 9 And it is all the same for them whether you warn them or do not warn them - they will not believe. 10 You can only warn one who follows the message and fears the Most Merciful unseen. So give him good tidings of forgiveness and noble reward. 11 Indeed, it is We who bring the dead to life and record what they have put forth and what they left behind, and all things We have enumerated in a clear register. 12
