Y S (Yaa Seen)
In the Name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
YaSeen. 1 By the Qur'an, full of Wisdom,- 2 Lo! thou art of those sent 3 pursuing a straight way 4 It is a Revelation sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 5 That thou mayest warn a people whose fathers were not warned; so they are negligent. 6 The Word is proved true against the greater part of them: for they do not believe. 7 Verily! We have put on their necks iron collars reaching to chins, so that their heads are forced up. 8 and We have put before them a barrier and behind them a barrier; and We have covered them, so they do not see. 9 It makes no difference to them whether you warn them or do not warn them: they will not believe. 10 Thou only warnest him who follows the Remembrance and who fears the All-merciful in the Unseen; so give him the good tidings of forgiveness and a generous wage. 11 It is We who bring the dead to life and records the deeds of human beings and their consequences (of continual effects). We keep everything recorded in an illustrious Book. 12
