The trumpet will be blown and, at once, they will rise up from their graves, and hasten to their Lord. 51 Saying: "Ah woe, who has roused us from our sleep?" This is what Ar-Rahman had promised, and whose truth the apostles had affirmed. 52 There would be naught but a single cry, when lo! they shall all be brought before Us; 53 Today, no soul shall be wronged a thing. You shall not be recompensed except according to your deeds. 54 Indeed, the companions of the Garden are this Day busy in their rejoicing. 55 they and their spouses shall be reclining on their couches in shady groves; 56 Theirs the fruit (of their good deeds) and theirs (all) that they ask; 57 "Peace!" shall be the greeting from the Merciful Lord. 58 "But stand aside today, O you who were lost in sin! 59 ۞ Children of Adam, did I not make a covenant with you, that you should not worship satan he is surely a clear enemy to you 60 and serve Me alone: this is the Straight Way? 61 And he had already led astray from among you much of creation, so did you not use reason? 62 This is Gehenna, then, the same that you were promised; 63 Enter into it this day because you disbelieved. 64 Today We shall seal upon their mouths, and their hands will speak unto us, and their feet will bear witness of that which they have been earning. 65 We could take away their sight if We pleased; then they would run around to find the way: But how then would they see? 66 And if We pleased We could paralyse them in their tracks, and they would not be able to move forward or turn back. 67
