1/4 Hizb 45

And the trumpet shall be blown, when lo! from their graves they shall hasten on to their Lord. 51 They will say, "Woe to us! Who has raised us up from our graves? This is what the Beneficent God has promised. The Messengers have also spoke the truth". 52 It will be but a single Saihah (shout, etc.), so behold! They will all be brought up before Us! 53 Today no one shall suffer the least injustice, and you shall not be recompensed except according to your deeds. 54 Indeed, the companions of the Garden are this Day busy in their rejoicing. 55 They and their spouses will recline on couches in the shade therein. 56 Theirs shall be fruit therein and theirs shall be whatsoever they ask for. 57 Peace: a word from a Merciful Lord. 58 “Criminals, separate yourselves from others today! 59 ۞ Did I not enjoin you, sons of Adam, not to worship Satan -- for he is your sworn enemy, 60 and that you should worship Me [alone]? This would have been a straight way! 61 And [as for Satan] he had already led astray a great many of you: could you not, then, use your reason? 62 This is the Hell that you were promised. 63 Enter it this Day on account of your denial of the truth." 64 Today We shall put a seal on their mouths, and their hands will speak to Us and their feet shall bear witness to what they had been doing. 65 And if We please We would certainly put out their eyes, then they would run about groping for the way, but how should they see? 66 And had We willed, We could have disfigured their faces while they were in their homes, therefore unable to go forward or turn back. 67

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
