And to whomsoever We give long life, We bend him over in His constitution; what, do they not understand? 68 We did not teach him (to wit, the Messenger) poetry and it does not behove him. This is none but an Admonition, and a Clear Book 69 In order that it may warn him who is alive, and that the sentence may be justified on the infidels. 70 Have they not seen how that We have created for them of that Our hands wrought cattle that they own? 71 And We have subdued them unto them, so that some of them they have for riding and on some of them they feed? 72 some for milk to drink and some from which other benefits may be received? Will they not be grateful? 73 But they have taken besides Allah [false] deities that perhaps they would be helped. 74 Those deities can render them no help. Yet these devotees act as though they were an army in waiting for them. 75 Let not their speech, then, grieve thee. Verily We know what they hide as well as what they disclose. 76 Doth not man see that it is We Who created him from sperm? yet behold! he (stands forth) as an open adversary! 77 And he hath coined for Us a similitude, and hath forgotten the fact of his creation, saying: Who will revive these bones when they have rotted away? 78 Say, "He will give them life who produced them the first time; and He is, of all creation, Knowing." 79 He has created fire for you out of the green tree from which you can kindle other fires. 80 Is not He, who created the heavens and earth, able to create the like of them? Yes indeed; He is the All-creator, the All-knowing. 81 His command is only when He intends a thing that He says to it, "Be," and it is. 82 So glory to Him in Whose hands is the dominion of all things: and to Him will ye be all brought back. 83
