If We grant long life to any, We cause him to be reversed in nature: Will they not then understand? 68 And We have not taught him (Prophet Mohammed- peace and blessings be upon him) to recite poetry, nor does it befit him; it is nothing but an advice and the bright Qur’an. 69 To warn the living*, and to prove the Word against disbelievers. (Only the believers are deemed alive in Allah’s sight.) 70 Do they not see that We have created for them from what Our hands have made, grazing livestock, and [then] they are their owners? 71 And We have subdued them unto them so that some of them they have for riding and some they eat. 72 And they derive other advantages and drinks from them. Even then they do not offer thanks, 73 And they have taken (other) gods beside Allah, in order that they may be helped. 74 They cannot help them, though they be hosts made ready for them. 75 So let not their speech grieve you. Indeed, We know what they conceal and what they declare. 76 IS MAN, then, not aware that it is We who create him out of a [mere] drop of sperm - whereupon, lo! he shows himself endowed with the power to think and to argue? 77 And he has struck for Us a similitude and forgotten his creation; he says, 'Who shall quicken the bones when they are decayed?' 78 Say, "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life again: He has knowledge of every type of creation: 79 He has created fire for you out of the green tree from which you can kindle other fires. 80 Is He who created the heavens and earth not able to create others like these people? Of course He is! He is indeed the Supreme Creator, the All Knowing: 81 When He wills a thing He has only to say: "Be," and it is. 82 All glory belongs to the One in whose hands is the control of all things. To Him you will all return. 83
