The physical growth of those whom We grant a long life will be reversed. Will you then not understand? 68 AND [thus it is:] We have not imparted to this [Prophet the gift of] poetry, nor would [poetry] have suited this [message]: it is but a reminder and a [divine] discourse, clear in itself and clearly showing the truth, 69 So that he may warn him who is alive and feels, and justify the word against those who do not believe. 70 See they not that it is We Who have created for them - among the things which Our hands have fashioned - cattle, which are under their dominion?- 71 And We have subdued them unto them so that some of them they have for riding and some they eat. 72 some for milk to drink and some from which other benefits may be received? Will they not be grateful? 73 And they have taken (other) gods beside Allah, in order that they may be helped. 74 (But) they shall not be able to assist them, and they shall be a host brought up before them. 75 So let not their speech grieve thee (O Muhammad). Lo! We know what they conceal and what proclaim. 76 IS MAN, then, not aware that it is We who create him out of a [mere] drop of sperm - whereupon, lo! he shows himself endowed with the power to think and to argue? 77 And he makes comparisons for Us, and forgets his own (origin and) Creation: He says, "Who can give life to (dry) bones and decomposed ones (at that)?" 78 Say: "He who brought them into being in the first instance will give them life [once again,] seeing that He has full knowledge of every act of creation: 79 who has made for you out of the green tree fire and lo, from it you kindle.' 80 Is not He Who created the heavens and the earth Able to create the like of them? Aye, that He is! for He is the All-Wise Creator, 81 When He wills a thing, His command is to say to it 'Be', and it is! 82 So glory be to Him, in whose hand is the dominion of everything, and unto whom you shall be returned. 83
