They would be struck from all sides 8 To make them flee, and for them is a never-ending punishment. 9 Save him who snatcheth a fragment, and there pursueth him a piercing flame. 10 Then ask them (i.e. these polytheists, O Muhammad SAW): "Are they stronger as creation, or those (others like the heavens and the earth and the mountains, etc.) whom We have created?" Verily, We created them of a sticky clay. 11 But you wonder, while they mock, 12 and when they are admonished, they pay no heed; 13 And when they see a sign, they ridicule 14 And say, "This is nothing but evident sorcery! 15 When we are dead and have become dust and bones, shall we then, forsooth, be raised (again)? 16 And our fathers too?" 17 Say, "Yes, and you will be [rendered] contemptible." 18 So that is just a single jolt, thereupon they will begin staring. 19 and they say, 'Woe, alas for us! This is the Day of Doom.' 20 “This is the Day of Judgement, which you used to deny!” 21
