۞ But We shall say, "Assemble those who did wrong together with their associates and what they worshipped 22 Other than Allah, and guide them to the path of Hellfire 23 And stop them; indeed, they are to be questioned." 24 'But what is the matter with you that you cannot help one another?,'" 25 Indeed, today they are surrendering themselves completely.” 26 And they will turn to one another and question one another. 27 "It was you who tried to mislead us from righteousness". 28 They will reply: "Nay, ye yourselves had no Faith! 29 “And we did not have any control over you; but in fact you yourselves were rebellious.” 30 Thus, the words of Our Lord about us have come true and now we are suffering the torment. 31 "We led you astray: for truly we were ourselves astray." 32 So they shall on that day be sharers in the chastisement one with another. 33 This is how We deal with the guilty. 34 They were the ones, who on being told, "God is only One," become puffed-up with pride 35 And say: "What! shall we give up our gods for the sake of a Poet possessed?" 36 Nay! he (Muhammad SAW) has come with the truth (i.e. Allah's Religion - Islamic Monotheism and this Quran) and he confirms the Messengers (before him who brought Allah's religion - Islamic Monotheism). 37 Lo! (now) verily ye taste the painful doom - 38 “And you will not be compensated except for your deeds.” 39 But Allah's chosen servants (shall be spared this woeful end). 40 Whose provision is predetermined -- 41 fruits -- and they high-honoured 42 In gardens of pleasure, 43 upon couches, set face to face, 44 Cups of wine will be presented to them in rounds, from a spring flowing in front of them. 45 White, delicious to the drinkers, 46 there is neither sickness in it, nor intoxication. 47 And with them will be women limiting [their] glances, with large, [beautiful] eyes, 48 so delicate as the hidden peel under an egg's shell. 49 They advance one upon another, asking each other questions. 50 The speaker among them said, “I had a companion.” – 51 “Who used to tell me, ‘Do you believe it is true?’ – 52 When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be recompensed?" 53 He said: 'Will you look down?' 54 He looked down and saw him in the midst of the Fire. 55 He will say, "By God! You almost brought me to ruin! 56 “And were it not for the munificence of my Lord, I too would have been seized and brought forth (captive)!” 57 (Allah informs about that true believer that he said): "Are we then not to die (any more)? 58 except for our first death, and are we not chastised? 59 “This is, most certainly, the supreme success.” 60 For this the toilers should strive." 61 Is this a better hospitality or the tree of AzZakkum! 62 We have made this tree a trial for the wrong-doers. 63 for, behold, it is a tree that grows in the very heart of the blazing fire [of hell,] 64 Its crop is as it were the heads of devils 65 So indeed they will eat from it, and fill their bellies with it. 66 Then on the top of that they will be given boiling water to drink so that it becomes a mixture (of boiling water and Zaqqum in their bellies). 67 Then surely their return is towards hell. 68 Verily, they found their fathers on the wrong path; 69 and they are running in their footsteps. 70 And assuredly there went stray before them many of the ancients. 71 And We had sent admonishers to them. 72 See how terrible was the end of those who were warned. 73 Save the bondmen of Allah sincere. 74
