۞ “Gather all the unjust persons and their spouses, and all that they used to worship!” 22 Other than Allah, and guide them to the path of Hellfire 23 and halt them [there]!" [And then,] behold, they shall be asked, 24 "What is the matter with you? Why do you not help one another (as you used to do in the world)?" 25 In fact, on that day they will be submissive. 26 And they will approach one another blaming each other. 27 Some [of them] will say: "Behold, you were wont to approach us [deceptively] from the right!" 28 But they reply: 'Rather, you were not believers. 29 "And we had no authority over you. Nay! But you were transgressing people (disobedient, polytheists, and disbelievers). 30 But now our Lord's word has come true against us: truly, we are bound to taste [the punishment]. 31 "So we led you astray because we were ourselves astray." 32 So indeed they, that Day, will be sharing in the punishment. 33 Certainly, that is how We deal with Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, sinners, criminals, the disobedient to Allah, etc.). 34 For when it was said unto them, There is no Allah save Allah, they were scornful 35 And they used to say, “Shall we forsake our Gods upon the sayings of a mad poet?” 36 (They say so although) he brought the Truth and confirmed the veracity of the Messengers. 37 Lo! (now) verily ye taste the painful doom - 38 And ye shall be required not except for that which ye have been doing; 39 Not so, however, God's true servants: 40 For them is a known sustenance, 41 Fruits of every kind, and they will be honoured 42 in the Gardens of Bliss, 43 On thrones facing one another. 44 Round them will be passed a cup of pure wine; 45 White, delicious to those who drink. 46 but not harmful or intoxicating. 47 And with them are those of modest gaze, with lovely eyes, 48 Like sheltered eggs in a nest. 49 Then some of them will turn to others, and will ask each other. 50 A speaker of them will say: "Verily, I had a companion (in the world), 51 Who used to say: "Are you among those who believe (in resurrection after death). 52 (Do you think) we would be paid back our due when we are dead and reduced to dust and bones?' 53 (A voice) said: "Would ye like to look down?" 54 He looked down and saw (his friend) in the midst of Hell. 55 He says, 'By God, wellnigh thou didst destroy me; 56 “And were it not for the munificence of my Lord, I too would have been seized and brought forth (captive)!” 57 But then, [O my friends in paradise,] is it [really] so that we are not to die 58 Saving our former death, and are we not to be punished? 59 Indeed, this is the great attainment. 60 For the like of this let the workers work. 61 Is that the better entertainment or the Tree of Zaqqum? 62 Indeed, We have made it a torment for the wrongdoers. 63 For it is a tree that springs out of the bottom of Hell-Fire: 64 its spathes are like the heads of satans 65 And indeed, they will eat from it and fill with it their bellies. 66 Then most surely they shall have after it to drink of a mixture prepared in boiling water. 67 Then thereafter, verily, their return is to the flaming fire of Hell. 68 They had indeed found their forefathers astray. 69 yet they run in their footsteps, 70 So had many an earlier people gone astray, 71 We had certainly sent warners to them. 72 Then look how was the end of those who were warned - 73 Except the chosen slaves of Allah (faithful, obedient, and true believers of Islamic Monotheism). 74

Notes and Instructions
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
