3/4 Hizb 45
< random >
Noah had called upon Us (earlier). See, how excellent We were in answering him! 75 We saved him and his people from the great distress, 76 and We made his offspring the only survivors. 77 We perpetuated his praise in later generations. 78 Peace be with Noah among all men in the worlds. 79 Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 80 Indeed, he was of Our believing servants. 81 We then drowned the others. 82 ۞ And Abraham indeed was of his inducement, 83 When he came to his Lord with a pure heart [attached to Allah Alone and none else, worshipping none but Allah Alone true Islamic Monotheism, pure from the filth of polytheism]. 84 and said to his father and his people: “Whom do you worship? 85 "Is it a falsehood aliha (gods) other than Allah that you seek? 86 What is then your idea about the Lord of the worlds? 87 Then he cast a glance at the stars (to deceive them), 88 And he said, "I am indeed sick (at heart)!" 89 and at that they turned their backs on him and went away. 90 He turned to their gods and said, "Do you not eat? 91 What is amiss with you that you do not speak?" 92 Then did he turn upon them, striking (them) with the right hand. 93 So the people descended upon him. 94 He said: "Worship you that which you (yourselves) carve? 95 Whereas Allah hath created you and that which ye make? 96 They said, "Let us build a fire and throw him into the flames". 97 They plotted against him, but We brought humiliation upon them. 98 And he said (after his rescue from the fire): "Verily, I am going to my Lord. He will guide me!" 99 [And he prayed:] "O my Sustainer! Bestow upon me the gift of [a son who shall be] one of the righteous!" 100 So We gave him good tidings of a forbearing boy. 101 And when he became capable of working with him, Ibrahim said, “O my son, I dreamt that I am sacrificing you therefore now consider what is your opinion”; he said, “O my father! Do what you are commanded! Allah willing, you will soon find me patiently enduring!” 102 Then, when they had both surrendered (to Allah), and he had flung him down upon his face, 103 We called out to him "O Abraham! 104 Of a surety thou hast fulfilled the vision. Verily We! thus We recompense the well-doers. 105 for, behold, all this was indeed a trial, clear in itself. 106 We ransomed him with a great sacrifice, 107 and We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 108 "Peace and salutation to Abraham!" 109 This is how We reward the virtuous. 110 truly, he was one of Our faithful servants. 111 We gave him the glad news of the birth of Isaac, one of the righteous Prophets. 112 We blessed him and Ishaque (Isaac), and of their progeny are (some) that do right, and some that plainly wrong themselves. 113

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
